I started in this sport at 22 years of age and I absolutely love the challenge of training and the thrill of competing!

It has changed me as person, improving my confidence and strength both mentally and physically. And in this sport, it is these features that set each competitor apart.

My goal at the present moment is to prepare for the INBA QLD and Australian titles at the end of this year. I have also enjoyed my experience competing for IFBB but have not yet decided which federation I prefer! Both have been fantastic. I am hoping to get to the Australian titles this year and would love to have the opportunity to compete overseas, probably being one of the youngest competitors!!

I am grateful for the help that I have had with my competition preparation with Kel Johnson, and am very fortunate to have a Personal Trainer who devotes so much time and energy to me and my goals.
